Hello to all. I have a question I was hoping someone could help me with. My wife and I make Christmas cookies each and every year for everyone in our family. We have a nephew who has some pretty severe food allergies (Milk, Peanuts). Does anyone here have any receips that they wouldn't mind sharing on a holiday cookie that we could make for him. It stinks watching everyone enjoy the cookies while he sits there without being able to experience the cookies. If we could make him a batch of "special" cookies just for him it would be awesome. Thanks so much in advance and happy holidays!

Steve

I make oatmeal cookies for my kids, and just substitute non-dairy margarine or shortening for the butter, You can do the same with any cookie recipe!

Wow Steven! All of families wish we had Aunts and Uncles behaving like you for our kids! It is awesome that you are thinking of ways you'd like to include your nephew. That means so much to a child! I hope you were able to make some tasty, allergen-free cookies for him and the rest of the family. Please be careful of cross contamination in the baking process in your home- other than that friendly caution, yipeee for you and your nephew! :)
